ATTENTION: Shipping Address and Billing Address MUST match for your order to be processed or else your order will automatically be cancelled. If both do not match during processing time, you will be asked to submit Identification to verify the billing address listed. To prevent cancellations please contact Lexury Experience for further verification instructions to have your order processed successfully.

Pick ups: My salon store is not open to the public, pick ups are arranged after placing orders. Once your order has been placed, next steps will be provided to you and a scheduled pick up time will be arranged. Scheduled pick up times are only available during my business hours. You must have your order number or ID to verify your order for pick up.

Shipping time: READY TO SHIP ORDERS MAY TAKE 1-3 DAYS PROCESSING TIME, AND UP TO 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO DELIVER. PRE-ORDERS MAY TAKE 10-17 DAYS PROCESSING TIME AND UP TO 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO DELIVER. ONCE THE SHIPPING HANDLER RECEIVES THE PACKAGE, LEXURY EXPERIENCE HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE SHIPMENT AND AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGE. INSURANCE IS PLACED ON EACH ORDER AND YOU MUST CONTACT THE SHIPPING CARRIER FOR REIMBURSEMENTS.

Refund Policy: There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstance, unless a damaged item is made on the end of Lexury Experience.

ALL HAIR ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AS ALL OF LEXURY EXPERIENCE EXTENSIONS ARE CUSTOM AND HANDMADE.

Why are Lexury Experience extensions non-refundable and non-returnable if opened?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. ALL customized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

Exchange Policy: Lexury Experience, is more than happy to accommodate exchanges for non-customized/pre orders, unopened, untampered and unworn items within 10 days of the date received. We only accept exchanges on extensions that are able to be resold, have not been opened, worn or tampered with. All Lexury Experience extensions are specifically packaged and sealed with a security seal to identify if the extensions have been taken out of the packaging.

Shipping Return fee IS NOT INCLUDED for exchanges, customer is responsible for all cost of return shipping and return fees. 10 days after your purchase Lexury Experience will not accept any exchanges. 

What if my extensions are defective or have a loose clip?
If the product is defective please send a picture along with a detailed email description and Lexury Experience will gladly help resolve any issues with the appropriate accommodations!
