Service Policy & INFORMATION.

LOCATION & HOURS
Lexury Experience is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, in a private modern salon store in Berkeley, CA. Address provided 48 hours prior to appointment.


Business hours:
Sunday & Tuesday CLOSED.

Monday 2:30pm-8pm. Wednesday 6pm-9pm. Thursday 10am-7pm. Friday 6pm-9pm. Saturday 12pm-8pm.

(Installations must be scheduled before 4:00pm.)
Early bird/ After hours appointments available outside of business hours for a $75 up charge.


BOOKING POLICY
To ensure an exceptional service, all new clients are required to schedule a consultation for luxury installations such as tape ins and microlinks, also, required to purchase extensions from Lexury Experience. We only stock limited textures and lengths on hand, hair is usually pre-ordered for each individual client.


INFORMATION
All my services are full service including a shampoo (except specials), complimentary trim and beverage. You must arrive FREE of any product, oils, make up (for lashes), leave ins, edge control.


PAYMENT POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable and only transferable once within the same month period up to 48 hours. Remaining balance must be paid in cash only at your appointment.

LATE POLICY
Please inform me via text message if you will be running late. Clients arriving 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time will be charged an additional $25 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled with deposit forfeited and a new deposit will be required.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling beyond 48-hour prior, will require a last minute reschedule fee of $50.00 (fee is waived under certain circumstances).

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, all deposits will be forfeited.

For pre-booked appointments booked with no deposit, will be charged for deposit to card on file or required to send via Zelle. Install packages with no deposit will forfeit hair order in place of deposit or required to send via Zelle.

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of service total to the card on file or require via zelle.

Failure to arrive without notifying (No Show) within the first 30 minutes of your scheduled time, your remaining balance (plus processing fee of $20) will be charged to the card on file and unable to book future appointments.

EXTRA GUESTS POLICY
To ensure that I am able to give you the best experience possible, please do not bring any additional guests such as children, family members, friends, or pets to your appointment.


FOOD & DRINK POLICY
A lunch break is scheduled and required for appointments over the duration of 4 hours.

You may bring food & drinks to your appointment, or have lunch delivered if preferred.

If you need to work during your appointment, kindly inform me, please use earphones for any calls you need to take so that we can continue working on your hair.
